About Our People

Geneva Management was formed in 2005 by Diana and Mark Scherber who together bring over 50 years of management experience to the company.  Diana has her degree from Oklahoma City University in Health Services Administration and has served several medical practices as C.E.O. and C.O.O.  Diana is also the current President of the Oklahoma Medical Group Management Association.  Mark's extensive background in clinical engineering led him to business consulting for many years at Francis Tuttle where he became a Six Sigma Black Belt.  Six Sigma is statistically based quality improvement process used with great success in industry.  Mark is also a Chief Master Sergeant and 24 year veteran in the U.S. Air Force serving in Communications at Tinker Air Force Base.

Rich Hasse joined Geneva in March 2006 as a Principal in charge of Field Operations and Project Management.  As a former C.I.O., Rich brings over 25 years of broad Information Technology experience to the company.  He is a Project Management Professional as well as Six Sigma Black Belt
